Particular attention to the identification and extraction of the State dimensions of threats and security crises and attempt to counter these crises to restore national security is necessary to every country. In order to appropriately understand security crises, we should be provided with appropriate theoretical tools, because such tools will make analysis and study of this phenomenon much easier. The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze and investigate dimensions, parameters and indexes of security crises. This research is of applied type from objective perspectives and its approach is of qualitative one. To gather data, face-to-face, deep and open-ended question-type interviews were done with 5 lecturers and researchers of security field. Sampling was done in a hypothetical manner. At first, a series of initial contexts was collected using open coding process and out of them, a number of indexes were extracted. Then parameters and dimensions of security were determined and each of the model elements was described
