Abstract

Iran is one of the countries that has always been witnessing wide wave of wars and conflicts in different fields throughout the history. These conflicts have been intensified after the Islamic Republic of Iran victory. At present, the main and most important field that the enemy has chosen to strike is the economic field. The economic warfare means using or threatening to use economic tools against the country of interest in order to weaken the economy and hence, the military and political power of that country. In planning this warfare, the economic and financial structures of the country of interest are targeted. Countries that have experience and success in this regard can minimize wrong choice of policies
and their utilization by internal policy makers. In the present research, we have addressed solutions and concepts used by two powerful countries of China and Russia through collecting documents using analytical-descriptive method. The results of the research show that reviewing the governmental structure, they have considered combating corruption, using internal capacities and capabilities and the like. In regard to the high capacities of Iran in geographical, political and economic terms, using these solutions and applying the experiences of these countries can pave the way to overcome these problems.
