The role of social resilience in managing social crises

Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to explain the role of social resilience in the management of social crises and to answer the question of what role social resilience plays in the management of crises. Is it social? is This research is based on qualitative and quantitative (mixed) approach. In the qualitative part, interviews were conducted with 9 experts and professors in the field of crisis management, and in the quantitative part, among 135 people (statistical population) from Experts and professors specialized in the field of sociology, crisis management organization, army headquarters inspection, four forces and academic centers of Aja by stratified random method. 100 people were selected and the questionnaire was distributed among the sample, collected and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The qualitative results obtained from the research objectives show that situational awareness is important for the following reasons: 1- correcting deviations and matching operations with crisis management goals 2- Avoiding overlap of duties and parallel work 3- Proper understanding of events, analysis of information and determination of necessary strategies before the occurrence of a crisis are the most important crisis managers in management. Social crises play a decisive role. Key vulnerabilities due to: 1- Determining a specific path to achieve goals 2- Determining weaknesses, vulnerabilities and needs Educational 3- Preventing the spread of crisis by using internal and external resources has a decisive role in managing social crises.
